Rescued by a stranger.
Haunted by a secret
Sometimes, love isn’t easy…

He watched her, but never knew her. Until thanks to a chance encounter, he became her savior…

The attraction between them was undeniable. Yet the past he’d worked so hard to overcome, and the future she’d put so much faith in, threatened to tear them apart.

Only together could they fight the pain and guilt, face the truth—and find the unexpected power of love.

A groundbreaking novel in the New Adult genre, Easy faces one girl's struggle to regain the trust she's lost, find the inner strength to fight back against an attacker, and accept the peace she finds in the arms of a secretive boy.

The title was intriguing enough. I mean, it's just one word. Easy. The first chapter though was enough to make my heart stop. Jacqueline Wallace, was attacked and harassed by a frat member and she was saved by this mysterious guy named Lucas Landon Maxfield.

The chemistry between Jacqueline and Lucas isn't bubble gum pop at all which other people think. It's more than that. This is where I saw such a strong female lead. When Jacqueline stood up on behalf of the girls who were physically harassed, I was like, "YOU GO, GIRL!"

Physical harassment can ruin someone. For life even. But Jacqueline didn't let it ruin her. She stood up and fought and found happiness and solace in the end.

“Choosing to be with you, isn't a difficult decision, Jacqueline...It's easy. Incredibly easy.”

Author of BreakableEasy, and the Between the Lines series. She is a former undergraduate academic advisor, married to her high school sweetheart, mother to three adult children and four very immature cats.
